Eligibility: The raffle is open to participants aged 18 and above from any country. Employees of the Singapore Radiological Society (SRS) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prizes: Three (3) winners will be selected at random to receive one (1) conference pass each to the AOCR SGCR-WIRES 2026 (worth SGD $980). The pass is valid for the conference held in Singapore from 20th to 23rd August 2026.

Entry: One entry per individual will be accepted. Should there be multiple submissions, only one entry will be taken into consideration.

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random and notified via email by 31st December 2025.

Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Personal Data: By entering the raffle, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the raffle, in accordance with SRS’s Privacy Policy.

Disqualification: SRS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

Changes and Cancellation: SRS reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle at its sole discretion without prior notice.
