For one day registration, you may choose to attend ONE of the conference dates on 20 Aug, 21 Aug OR 22 Aug.For two days registration, you may choose to attend any TWO of the conference dates. Example: 20 and 21 Aug; 21 and 22 Aug; OR 20 and 22 Aug.

A full listing of eligible locations can be found here.To qualify for LMIC rates, you are required to submit an official document as proof of eligibility. Acceptable documents include:

Submission of a registration online constitutes an official registration and intent to attend the Conference. Full payment must be received to gain entry to the Conference.Payments must be charged to Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Checks, purchase orders and cash are not accepted.If there are any issues with your credit card charge, please contact the appointed Professional Conference Organiser, Conectere Events Pte Ltd, by emailing enquiry@conectere.com.sg. We strive to get back to you within 3 working days.

Attendee Cancellation Policy

If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice by emailing enquiry@conectere.com.sg.Our Attendee cancellation policy is outlined below.
A $150 processing fee plus GST will be charged for all cancellations. Kindly notify of your cancellation in writing to enquiry@conectere.com.sg on or before midnight SGT, Monday, 19 Jul 2027.There will be no refunds given for any cancellations received after SGT, Monday, 19 Jul 2027. This includes but is not limited to, failure to attend the conference because of illness, alteration or rescheduling of the Conference by ACAR SGCR-WIRES 2027, or due to events beyond the parties’ reasonable control, such as travel problems, natural disaster or weather emergency, civil unrest, epidemic, public health emergency (declared or undeclared), or an act of terrorism.For all cancellation requests (within the given cancellation period), Conectere Events will reach out to request for your bank details and make the refund within 30 business days after the conference. The processing fees will be deducted from the refund and any bank charges will be borne by the attendee.Reminder: Cancelling your Conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their hotel and travel reservations.
