Authors must create an account on the AOCR SGCR-WIRES 2026 Abstract Submission Portal before submitting their abstracts.

All abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission Portal by 30 March 2026.

Submissions via email or other formats will not be accepted.

Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.

The abstract body is limited to 300 words, excluding the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.

Please do not include tables, graphs, or images in your abstract.

Upon submission, an automated acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive it, please contact enquiry@conectere.com.sg.

Authors may revise and resubmit their abstracts until 30 March 2026.

The mode of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee during review of abstracts and further details emailed to the authors.

A single presenting author may be listed as the presenting author for up to two (2) abstract submissions. Any additional abstracts must be presented by a different individual, who must also be listed as a co-author on the respective submission.

A maximum of ten (10) authors per abstract is accepted; any authors listed beyond this limit will be removed.

Abstracts should not have been previously published or submitted to other conferences or publications unless significant additional data has been added or revision has been made.
