On behalf of the Asian‑Oceanian Society of Radiology (AOSR), it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 24th Asian Oceanian Congress of Radiology (AOCR 2026), held in conjunction with SGCR‑WIRES 2026 in Singapore.

AOCR is the flagship scientific meeting of AOSR and a unifying platform for radiologists and imaging professionals across the Asian‑Oceanian region. It reflects our shared commitment to excellence, collaboration, and the advancement of radiology in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

The theme of AOCR 2026, “Imaging Beyond Borders, Shaping a Sustainable Future,” resonates strongly with the mission of AOSR. Radiology today is advancing rapidly through innovations such as artificial intelligence, imaging informatics, and data‑driven clinical workflows, while simultaneously being called upon to address broader challenges related to sustainability, equity, and long‑term healthcare responsibility. AOCR 2026 provides an important platform to explore how technological innovation and sustainable practice can be thoughtfully integrated to improve patient care across diverse healthcare systems.

In addition to its scientific programme, AOCR 2026 will mark the official launch of the AOSR Global Leadership Practicum in Radiology, a new regional capacity‑building initiative designed to prepare emerging and mid‑career radiologists for future leadership roles. This longitudinal program reflects AOSR’s commitment to developing leadership capability, mentorship, and sustainable professional growth, beginning with a dedicated onsite leadership module during AOCR 2026.
